At last, I've got round to ordering a display case, and here it is, made to order and delivered pretty promptly by
Acrylic Display Cases. You could argue it's a bit roomy at the top, but I thought that if I made it any lower it would start to look squashed. Anyway, the green baize looks so smart that it's almost a pity to cover it up. But I can do the scenic base as a separate very thin sheet of MDF and then drop it in and see how it looks before making a final decision. Nearly finished, then. Have I said that before?
Maybe one day I'll make something else.
