Bulldog - fuselage closed up

 I've finally finished the interior of the fuselage and joined the two halves.

Despite the rather small cockpit opening, you can see quite a bit of the interior detail, so all that work was worth it. You'll notice I've added the harness and you may be able to make out the control column. I forgot to take a photo of the complete interior before closing up.

Now I've got a bit of filling to do, especially around the cockpit opening, where all that work reducing the thickness has actually worn away the material in a couple of places. Also, I didn't take much care fitting the two halves together, so there's a little step along the rear fuselage. In effect, the starboard side is about 0.1mm bigger than the port side. Whether I could have made them conform with a little bit of effort, I'm not sure. Anyway, I will have to build up the port side with Milliput along the top to make them match.
